Fiona provides affordable, generalist work health and safety consulting through her project Good Job Safety (GJS). GJS provides a structured approach that gets small to medium sized business on track with their safety duties with simple 4-step process. Accountability for Safety duties has never been more critical to business success. GJS provides an industry and business-specific Safety Management System that can be stood up quickly and run in-house with minimal ongoing expenses.

OHS and Ergonomics Consultant

As an Occupational Therapist in Workplace Injury Management with extensive industry experience, Fiona developed her strong interest in Work Health and Safety and Injury Prevention.

She completed a Masters Degree in Ergonomics, Safety and Health and has led Safety and Wellbeing functions in Government, Higher Education and Health and Aged Care. Knowledge of different State and Federal jurisdictions enables her to consider the range of factors impacting employers, including legal obligations and business objectives.

Fiona works with business to create positive, preventative strategies that engage to head off harm and loss: working upstream to prevent adverse events downstream with proven success.
